The Power of Using Classroom Activities in Desmos

Desmos has the ability to use pre-created or create-your-own student-centered lessons focused on a visual understanding of many mathematical concepts. This session applies to a beginner as well as an intermediate Desmos user.  All participants will have the opportunity to experience an actual classroom activity from the student's perspective. For those with little or no experience using Desmos, time will be spent exploring the various classroom activities that are ready-to-use in your classroom.  For those with slightly more experience using Desmos, time will be spent exploring the activity builder as you begin to create your own Desmos lesson. You will leave the session excited to try some of these lessons in your class the next day.

Escape Rooms: Elementary Escape Room or Secondary Escape Room
